water<\/li>\n<li>60g of flour<\/li>\n<li>2 of cloves ice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>B<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Tbsp of soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>2Tbsp of sweet cooking rice wine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Deep Vegetables with Buckwheat noodles\u306e\u4f5c\u308a\u65b9<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut 20g carrot and onion into thin slices.<\/li>\n<li>Take 4 stalks of Japanese parsley out of a bunch and cut them to about 3cm long.<\/li>\n<li>Cut 1 prawn and 1 scallop into 4 equal pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Put it in a bowl with 1 and coat it with 1 Tbsp of flour.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the salad oil to 180\u2103 in a pan.<\/li>\n<li>Add all the ingredients of A into another bowl and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Boil a bunch of buckwheat noodles for 3 minutes, wash with cold water and them drain.<\/li>\n<li>Pour 300ml of soup stock into
