というわけで劇団ひとりチームが挑戦した「Japanese Pork Guts Stew」の英語レシピを早速チェック!

Japanese Pork Guts Stew の材料

  • 50g Japanese radish
  • 5g carrot
  • 35g burdock diagonally
  • 1/4 devil’s tongue
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 clove of ginger

A

  • 200ml of water
  • 100ml of cooking rice wine
  • garlic and ginger

  • 1/2 Tbsp of sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp of miso
  • 1/2 Tbsp of soy sauce

Japanese Pork Guts Stew の作り方

  1. Cut 50g Japanese radish and 25g carrot into 3mm wide quarter slices.
  2. Cut 35g burdock diagonally into strips of 2mm wide.
  3. Cut 15g of Japanese spring onion into round slices.
  4. Tear 1/4 devil’s tongue into bite size.
  5. Mince 1/2 clove of garlic and 1/2 clove of ginger.
  6. Put them and A in a single hand pot and put on fire.
  7. Add 100g of pork guts in a pot of 6 , simmer and then skim the foam.
  8. When vegetables are cooked through, add B.
