“Savory cup custard”の材料

  • tender

<A>

  • 250cc soup stock
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sweet cooking rice wine

How to cook “Savory cup custard”

  1. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl(don’t froth).
  2. Add all the ingredients of “A”, and mix well.Strain this egg stock mixture.
  3. Cut 30g og chicken tender diagonally and sprinkle on a small og salt and rice wine.
  4. Fill a steam cooker about halfway with water and heat it.
  5. Place the chicken, sliced boiled bamboo shoot, and boiled ginkgo nuts, sliced forest mushrooms, boiled shrimps.
  6. Transfer the cups to a preheated stremer, steam on high heat for 2minutes, then low heat for another 7 minutes.
